When she gets out of bed, the mother of two starts her day by scraping her tongue (yes, yes) followed by an oil mouthwash for about twenty minutes.
To start the day off right: she takes care of her mouth
The latter has its origins in an ancestral practice inspired by Ayurveda, which not only cleanses the oral sphere (gums, breath, teeth), but also acts reflexively on the entire body, such as the lymph nodes, skin or even digestive problems. If you want to reproduce this mouthwash at home, coconut and sesame oils (preferably good quality) give the best results.
A little later: time for meditation
Meditating in the morning is highly recommended to relieve stress, anxiety and start the day on the right foot. The 51-year-old entrepreneur allows herself 20 minutes of mind meditation in her dedicated chair. She reveals in particular that she is a follower of transcendental meditation, a practice known to reduce stress and anxiety, improve cardiovascular health and stimulate brain function (although its effect on health has still not been scientifically proven to this day).
And finally: Wednesday is sports day!
Finally, to get active, sports remain the best way to let off steam and give yourself energy. “On Wednesdays, we start with dancing , ” explains the actress in a video, performing her sports routine designed by her long-time coach, Tracy Anderson, to the song “Sorry” by Beyoncé.
