Emma Stone Embraces The Boho Renaissance in an Airy Chevron Gown

The Louis Vuitton look debuted less than a week ago. When it comes to a Louis Vuitton look, no one quite delivers like Emma Stone does. The actor graced the carpet at the 62nd New York Film Festival. The two-time Oscar winner walked the carpet in strappy black peep-toe heels, and accessorized sparingly with a tiered gold necklace decorated with Louis Vuitton charms.

She wore an airy striped gown that debuted a mere five days ago at Paris Fashion Week. Her fresh ensemble was made of a sheer beige fabric scored with a black chevron pattern, allowing a peek at what she was wearing underneath (and what she wasn’t).

Following the original runway styling, Stone layered with a black, high-neck bodysuit, which partially surfaced on her right side and left her legs exposed beneath the gown’s flowing skirt. Up top, her arms experienced the same effect below a poncho top, although her forearms were able to peek out from the boho silhouette. Knots on either side of the poncho added a bit of shape to the fluid dress, as ribbons of extra fabric cascaded down its sides.

Her beauty look followed the simplicity of her styling with black eyeliner and berry lipstick, and she wore her signature red hair in effortless waves.

Between Poor Things and Kinds of Kindness, Stone has stayed busy this year promoting all of her acting projects (in ravishing red carpet looks, too). Her latest film festival appearance, however, sees her step into the role of producer for “A Real Pain.” The dramedy follows mismatched cousins David (Jesse Eisenberg) and Benji (Kieran Culkin) as they tour Poland to honor their grandmother.
