Shiloh Jolie is building her name. The 19-year-old daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt just appeared in a teaser for K-pop artist Dayoung’s new music video, kicking off a dance career that has been long in the making. Her appearance certainly made viewers stare.
In the promotional clip, the young star wears a brown lace top and performs a dance sequence to “What’s a Girl to Do.” In the close-up, Shiloh looks more like her mother than ever — with big bangs, slicked-back hair and ’90s smokey eye makeup.
According to Starship Entertainment, Shiloh applied for an open audition for this video. A representative told Korea’s Maeil Business that the team “had no idea” who the young dancer’s parents were, and that they “happened to find out only recently” after filming had finished.

“We held an open audition in the United States to select artists for Dayoung’s music video,” said the representative. “Among the applicants were several dancers from the group ‘Culture’. Shiloh was chosen in the final round and ended up joining the project.”
Although she grew up in the limelight, Shiloh led a rather secluded life. She was previously seen at the Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles. Choreographers like Hamilton Evans and Kolanie Marks have praised her talent and work ethic, and back in 2024 Lil Kelaan Carter shared a video of her commenting, “her moves are amazing.”
“What’s a Girl to Do” is out on April 7th.
