Who is Marco Perego?

Born in Italy to a waiter father and a housewife mother, Marco Perego could have had a career in football if he had not suffered an injury at the age of 21. But no matter, the young Italian would then focus on his second passion: art. An artist in New York, he has seen his paintings and sculptures exhibited in prestigious galleries over the years, such as the Royal Arts Academy in London, and some have even been sold in the film industry. Marco Perego has also collaborated on advertising campaigns for various brands, including Dolce & Gabbana.

Discreet about his relationship with Zoe Saldana, Marco Perego was spotted at her side in 2013, at the premiere of “Star Trek: Into the Darkness”. The summer of the same year, the two lovebirds joined their destinies. “From the moment I met my husband, we were together. We knew it”, confided the actress in 2014 in “Marie Claire”. Marco Perego would also take the actress’s last name after their marriage. Together, they then gave birth to three sons , Zen, Cy and Bowie, whom they protected from media attention.
