Adele Announces Her Engagement During Munich Concert

Proof that great love can happen again. To the delight of the audience, the winner of 16 Grammys announced that she will remarry her longtime partner, sports agent Rich Paul. The sensuous Dior dress she wore for the occasion only added to the magic of the moment, leaving us to daydream about what the wedding dress will be like.

Adele and Paul met in 2019 on the dance floor, but reunited after a few years. As Adele describes it, their first meeting in private was far from formal—”We went out to dinner, which he calls a business meeting, and I call it ‘Business meeting about what?'”—and that’s what started their story.

“He’s just great,” says Adele. “He’s very funny and extremely smart.” It’s magic to watch him do his job with such ease.”

Earlier in her life, Adele was married to British entrepreneur Simon Konecki, with whom she has a son, Angel, born in 2012. Paul, on the other hand, has three children from a previous relationship.
