The actress and model opted for dramatic makeup, including smoky eyeshadow, and also wore a pair of earrings. She admitted that she has rather simple tastes in food and until recently, she did not know the difference between ultra-processed and regular food.
“But I’ve always been careful about what I eat,” Hurley said, recalling checking food labels as a teenager because she didn’t want to eat highly processed foods.”
In an interview with George V Magazine, she described her diet as “quite normal” and said she doesn’t drink trendy detox juices. After learning more about processed food, Elizabeth has given up shop-bought sandwiches and instead eats homemade roast chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
As for Hurley’s training, her approach to sports is also simple: instead of going to the gym, she prefers to lead an active lifestyle and admits that she rarely manages to sit still.
