For an average couple, choosing music for wedding merry-go-round usually means deciding between a soft rock band or DJ. But for the heir to the pharmaceutical industry Netru Mantenu and tech entrepreneur Vamsius Gadiraj, who were married in Udaipur, India, this weekend, the question looked a little different.
With costume changes and dances, Jennifer’s performance point at the reception was a real concert show—bringing the atmosphere worth the stadium into a glamorous event. She sang some of her biggest hits, from “On the Floor” to “Dance Again”, while wearing mirrors, a silver coat with fringe, black latex and several pairs of platform boots. She ended up with a toast to a happy couple.

The wedding also marked her first time in India, and on her outing her appearance was as striking as the costumes from the performance. At Mumbai airport, the singer wore a sumptuous fur coat that was just as glamorous as comfortable. The coat to the ankles had an oversize cut, a thick scarf and contrasting stripes for extra detail. Underneath she was wearing a turtleneck, while wearing boots above her knees in the same colour with a spike tip, which gave the structure to the soft lines of the coat.
Performance of celebrities became a kind of tradition during the sangeette works of high-profile weddings, which is usually dedicated to the night of dance and celebration. This wedding joins famous events like the Ambani wedding, where Rihanna and Justin Bieber performed.
