Freedom a word that sums up the spirit of Mr. Saint Laurent, the founder of the house. The passion for adventure ran in his veins, driving him to experiment and break the rules with utmost audacity.
Like this revolutionary designer, the Libre woman possesses a free and daring spirit, yearning to experience life in all its dimensions, as Mr. Saint Laurent put it. She is a woman who loves to experiment, embraces life with boldness and confidence, and lives each moment with passion. For her, freedom is an unbridled desire… a bold, vibrant flavor and a color that enhances every detail of her life. A fragrance with irresistibly delicious notes, perfectly suited to the bold, luxurious woman from Yves Saint Laurent.
For this woman, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty presents the new Libre Berry Crush Eau de Parfum, a new floral-fruity fragrance that reinvents the iconic floral lavender in Libre perfumes, infused with a fiery hint of raspberry, in a composition signed by perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaïm.
With Libre Berry Crush, freedom takes on a new meaning. As always, brand ambassador Dua Lipa shines in the new fragrance campaign, set against a backdrop of poetic elegance and opulence, directed by award-winning photographer and filmmaker Diana Konst. Through her creative vision, the fragrance unfolds with captivating sophistication and a delectable touch that leaves an unforgettable impression.
Couture meets indulgence in the iconic Libre Berry Crush fragrance, which brings a fresh and unique touch of color to the atmosphere. Presented in a bottle shimmering with shades of berry red, it resembles a sparkling jewel, its presence enhanced by the golden Cassander logo that distinguishes the House of Yves Saint Laurent. For the first time, the brand is launching a limited edition Love Shine Berry Crush lipstick, perfectly complementing the new Libre fragrance and the House’s dazzling makeup collection.

A fragrance that pulsates with irresistible, delicious notes.
“To reinvent Libre with a fresh twist, we began by capturing the sensation of raspberries when they touch the senses: a sour note at the beginning, followed by a sparkling sweet juiciness. From this idea, the fragrance was born to embody a femininity that is vibrant with boldness and fun.”

This fragrance embodies the spirit of distinction and invites you to ask for more… It is the first Libre fruity-floral fragrance with a captivatingly delicious touch. Unlike the other fragrances in the collection, its heart beats with a sharp and refreshing note of raspberry, overflowing with a bold, fruity scent that steals hearts.
In this context, Carlos Benaïm, the perfumer who co-created Libre with Anne Flipo, says: “In my opinion, French raspberry is one of the most delicious fruits, and its color radiates pure joy, like in the paintings of Paul Klee. It’s a color that embodies the young woman in all her distinctiveness.” Anne Flipo adds: “We tried a number of fruity notes, but raspberry was the perfect choice. It combines vibrancy and allure in one.”
A juicy composition, overflowing with distinctive, delicious notes. Since raspberries don’t lend themselves to natural fragrance extraction, the perfumers collaborated with flavor experts to create the raspberry scent in its purest form. This tangy note blends seamlessly with the fresh and captivating floral composition of Libre, where vibrant French lavender meets poetic Moroccan orange blossom.
A captivating creamy warmth. This vibrant blend blends with a captivating creamy coconut note, in a formula that balances freshness, pure warmth, and a distinctiveness that captivates the senses, before meeting with an extract of Madagascan Bourbon vanilla developed exclusively for Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, adding a rich depth and a luxuriously delicious touch.
The result is a fragrance that combines boldness and sweetness… a delicious fragrance that is hard to resist*, embodying the Liberian woman’s constant yearning for freedom.

The design… a bottle that sparkles like a jewel with berry hues.
The icon remains untouched… and grows more appealing with each release. The Libre Berry Crush bottle boasts a luxurious design reminiscent of a sparkling jewel. It was designed by Susan Dalton to house this delectable formula in a distinctive bottle.
The bottle is tinted with vibrant berry shades, inspired by Yves Saint Laurent’s genius in the use of color, as this radiant color was frequently repeated in his creations.
The design draws inspiration from the House’s iconic tuxedo, but here it manifests in a rich color inspired by raspberry nectar, transforming the bottle into a rare jewel. This effect is enhanced by the large golden Cassander logo that pierces the bottle horizontally. The designer bent the brand’s legendary emblem to follow the sharp angles of the glass bottle and then fixed it to them, allowing it to radiate a brilliance reminiscent of a blazing flame and showcasing unparalleled engineering prowess, making it a piece of jewelry that exudes luxury and sophistication.
On the other hand, the precisely cut V-shaped glass accentuates the curves of the Y in the logo, extending deep into the bottle’s design. A slanted black cap then highlights the elegant gold chain around the neck of the bottle, enhancing the appeal of its sophisticated and asymmetrical design.
Thus, the Libre Berry Crush bottle shines with vibrant crimson shades, expressing bold femininity.
The advertising campaign. Freedom has a special taste.
“The film embodies how the sweet touches of raspberry fruit were inspired to be transformed into a unique fragrance, bold and captivating without exaggeration. It overflows with delicious and attractive notes at the same time, making it a star in every sense of the word.”
Diana Knast, director of the new LibreBerry Crush campaign in the desert heat, a raspberry-flavored ice cream stick appears. Dua Lipa tastes it, and the red fruit juices overflow, coloring her lips and hands with their vibrant hue. With a spritz of Libre Berry Crush perfume, Dua Lipa unleashes her freedom.
In this video, director Diana Konst delves into the world of textures, using contrasts of light and shadow, movement, and carefully shifting angles to focus on specific details of the scene while letting others fade out of frame. She explains her vision: “This video speaks more to the senses than to the mind. It’s like a visual poem, its images unfolding verse by verse to touch the heart.”
The campaign doesn’t stop at the image; it also opens up to a meeting of two radiant voices, as Dua Lipa performs her own version of the song “Think,” written by music legend Aretha Franklin.
